We have manufacturing locations around the US where we produce a variety of thirst appealing dispensed beverages. These beverages include fountain soft drinks, fountain flavors, tea, tea sweeteners, frozen beverages, juices, Hispanic beverages, cappuccinos, hot chocolate, lattes, coffee toppings, sauces and flavoring syrups.


Job Description


The Associate Regional Sales Manager (ARSM) is Sunny Sky Products primary Sales Representation responsible for qualifying sales opportunities, customer retention, developing sales pipeline, managing the sales cycle and achieving revenue goals, assisting with the development and execution of the company's strategies for acquiring net-new customers, expanding the presence within the existing customer base and communicating sales activity and progress to the Regional Sales Manager. The ARSM manages all sales activities into accounts within a geographically-defined territory.


The ARSM will be responsible for developing account plans to further penetrate and extend the reach of the Sunny Sky Products as an enterprise-wide solution within the assigned base of existing customers and to generate and close new business opportunities.


Major Job Responsibilities



  • Call on assigned local and regional convenience store channel operators, existing distributors and source new distributor base

  • Identifies, qualifies and close new customer sales opportunities to generate sales revenues that meet or exceed assigned goals

  • Develops strategic account plans for customer in assigned territory

  • Conducts introductory and high-level presentations including the demonstration of Sunny Sky Products solution (s)

  • Forecasts business and sales pipeline as required, updating management on the status of all prospects, in-process sales cycles and potential revenue

  • Conducts continuous prospecting activities and build a sales pipeline sufficient to support achievement of sales revenue goals

  • Manage all aspects of the sales process including lead generation, qualification, evaluation, close and account care


Ideal Requirements



  • BA/BS degree, applicable experience in lieu of degree

  • Dispensed Beverage industry experience desired

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales performance metrics: i.e., quotas, pipeline, forecast accuracy, etc.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer with multiple stakeholders, decision-makers and influencers at multiple levels

  • Intermediate level of MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Previous experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.

  • Display effective interpersonal skills sufficient to build positive, productive, and effective professional working relationships

  • Extensive travel of 50% plus
