ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Hiring Manager at Yellowhammer Salon, your day begins with a cup of coffee and a quick review of incoming applications. You dive into the world of talent acquisition, juggling interviews, and screening candidates with finesse.

Later on, you find yourself in an engaging conversation with a potential new team member when suddenly, your inbox lights up with referrals from our enthusiastic staff. With each interview, you're not just evaluating qualifications, but also ensuring candidates align with our culture of creativity and support. As the day winds down, you reflect on the impact of your efforts - building a team that's as passionate as you are.

TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL NEED TO:

• Have the ability to be available and super responsive to candidates


• Have a friendly and supportive demeanor


• Possess proven experience in high-volume recruiting, hiring, and candidate preboarding processing

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION:

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA with your own high-speed internet. You'll typically work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional travel (approximately 5% annually).
