The Team: The manager serves the team as an advocate who provides the proper training and support necessary for staff to execute their roles efficiently; is someone who takes ownership of the team, and is comfortable with staff delegation and discipline. This role requires someone who has a passion for community, who cheerleads in team morale, and acts as the model standard of how the team should act and behave. This person does not shy away from conflict resolution, and prioritizes holistic over legalistic approach in addressing issues. The manager shows care for the team by ensuring staff are compensated accurately through biweekly timesheets, issuing proper break periods during shifts, and fostering healthy communication within the team.

Upper-Management/The Owners: The manager receives directive from upper-management and implements new updates by ensuring information is properly executed by staff. The manager shows care for upper-management by relaying accurate information to and from staff, acting as a supporting role for growth and ideas, and meeting task deadlines.
