What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Leading and motivating the team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Assisting with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and standards, including cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Training and coaching team members to achieve their best performance.
• Help manage the store social media and marketing.
• Helping to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both customers and employees.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in retail, food service, or a similar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both customers and team members.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
• A passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences and fostering a collaborative team environment.
